A SCULPTURE SERIES, CREATED TO SHOWCASE THE IMAGINATIVE FUTURES OF OUR PLANET, KEEPING THE ON GOING PRACTICES IN OUR MIND. IS OUR PLANeT GOING TO LOOK DIFFERENT ? ARE WE GOING TO DESTROY IT ? DESATURATE IT ? OR DIVIDE IT ? TIME WILL TELL. THIS SCULPTURE SERIES TALKS ABOUT THE IDEA OF APOCALYPTIC FUTURES THAT MIGHT ARRIVE AT SOME POINT.
The idea was to also showcase the versatility of Concrete as a material & experiment with various methodology to treat concrete surfaces. The organic surfaces are created by casting pigmented concrete. Light as an element, in each sculpture portray the hope for humanity’s existence, hope for life in the future. A sculptural collection providing room for distinctive perception and imagination.
